Instructions:

» Click on a development phase (each phase has it's own color) to "zoom-in" for a closer look at the individual properties in that phase.

» Once you are zoomed in, move your mouse left or right, up or down, to scroll around on the map.

» Click on an individual property to view the details of that property, or click the "zoom-out" button to exit the zoomed in mode and reset the map to it's original state.

Repeat the process for each different development phase you are interested in.
