Dandridge, named in honor of George Washington’s wife, Martha Dandridge Curtis Washington, is one of Tennessee’s oldest and most historic communities. Founded in the late 1700’s and incorporated in 1843, Dandridge became the seat of Jefferson County three years before the state of Tennessee was founded. Many of the original buildings still stand, adding a flavor of an era gone by. Serving as the home of Carson-Newman College, Dandridge is located in east Tennessee near the intersection of I-40 and I-81, and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
Nestled among all this history lies Patriots Landing, a brand new community of 48 luxury town homes, each designed with comfort, relaxation, and ease of maintenance in mind. Choose between a sun room and a porch, a home with or without a basement, a variety of upgrades for flooring, countertops and a range of colors. To emphasize the relaxed lifestyle provided by Patriots Landing, all landscaping, lawn maintenance and upkeep are provided, leaving an abundance of time for boating on nearby Douglas Lake, taking a stroll along the walking trails, or wandering through the quaint shops and historic charm that Dandridge provides.
