Lake Developers Partnership, LLC, was formed in 1999 for the purpose of building quality communities in areas filled with beauty and potential for growth. Mitch and Tom Potter, two Kentucky brothers, combined their business and construction skills after having tremendous success with their commercial construction companies and coal industry businesses. The land for each community is carefully selected for its location, its beauty and the unique qualities each possesses. Design, planning and engineering is incorporated to make certain that not only will each community be laid out and built for the benefit of the land area and future land owner, but also to enhance and preserve the natural bounty that surrounds each property.
Beyond the planning stages, the development and construction process, overseen by the Potters, is a constant and consistent striving for quality and dedication to detail. In each community they build, their emphasis is always on the highest and best use for each tract. Restrictive covenants are put in place for the protection of each property owner and to preserve and enhance the community’s valuation. Roads are built to meet or exceed specifications. Plats are carefully drawn to allow each property owner the maximum area and view. Marketing is designed and implemented to depict the unique characteristics of each property. And a sales staff is selected to represent the properties with knowledge, courtesy and professionalism.
Throughout the development process, the Potters maintain a hands on approach to every phase of growth.
