A 360-acre premier waterfront residential community on Cherokee Lake in North Eastern Tennessee. Cherokee Lake is one of the most unspoiled of all the TVA reservoirs. It is approximately 30,000 acres, is 50 miles in length with nearly 400 miles of pristine shoreline. The lake offers superb opportunities for boating, waterskiing and swimming.

Popular sports fishing on the lake includes bass, walleye, catfish, crappie and bluegill. The Berry Island Ecological Area is a 16-acre island located just off shore of Legacy Bay and has been designated as a Society of American Foresters Research Nature Area. The island contains protected eagle stands and century-old eastern red cedars, and has been considered by the National Park Service as a potential National Landmark. Area hospitals include Hawkins County Memorial Hospital in Rogersville and Morristown-Hamblen Healthcare System and Lakeway Regional Hospital, both in Morristown. Golfers can choose from an award winning Championship course (Woodlake) just 20 minutes away or play a relaxed game at the Clinch View Golf Club just 5 minutes away. Within 30 minutes of Morristown, there are an additional 30 great golf courses.
