From Chicago, IL and Indiana ? Take I-65 South to Indianapolis.  In Indianapolis, pick up I-65 east to Cincinnati, OH. In Cincinnati, take I-75 South to Corbin, KY, exit 29. From North or South Carolina ? Take I-40 West to I-81 North. Take exit 8 and bear right off the exit onto Highway 25E heading North. Drive approximately 12.5 miles. The office is on the right.

From Florida and Georgia ? Take I-75 North to Knoxville, TN. In Knoxville, take I-40 east to I-81 North. Take exit 8 and bear right off the exit onto Highway 25E heading North. Drive approximately 12.5 miles. The office is on the right.

From PA, MD, DE, DC and VA ? Take I-81 South to Morristown, TN, Exit 8.  Bear right off the exit onto Highway 25E heading North. Drive approximately 12.5 miles. The office is on the right.
